Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon to ensure accurate and engaging descriptions.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Order Processing: Assist in managing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer queries, reviews, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Data Analysis: Track sales performance, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies and guidelines for listings, returns, and advertising.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like marketing, sales, and logistics to streamline operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business, Marketing, or related areas).
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus).
