We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Apparel Salesman to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor activities, a strong sales acumen, and excellent customer service skills. This position is responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and promoting our range of outdoor clothing and gear to customers in our retail locations.
Requirements:

• Experience:
• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in the outdoor apparel, fashion, or sports industry.
• Knowledge of outdoor activities, gear, and apparel is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail, business, or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 15kg).
• Flexible to work during weekends, holidays, and peak season times.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO180.000 - RO400.000 per month
