• You will define, maintain and follow up the strategy and vision of the product, making sure it is in line with business- and financial objectives.
• You will decide the product roadmap, prioritization, release management, and similar.
• You need to understand our customers’ needs, their market, future growth opportunities, competitors.
• You will manage the team of skilled Product Managers, Business Analysts, Service Architects, Testers, Developers, with more. Note: you will have the responsibility to manage the team, but you will not hold the personnel responsibility.
• You will be responsible for stakeholder management for both internal and external parties, and make sure that the cross-functional collaboration is optimized.
• You will be responsible for driving process changes in the team and making sure that the team is following the defined processes.
• You will be part of marketing the product, sales processes, and be a “trusted advisor” to our customers.

• Experience as a Product Manager or similar role, knowledge and experience of working with product development processes.
• Experience in defining and managing a products’ vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Experience or knowledge in managing a team with different skillsets.
• Personal attributes like hands-on, proactive, curious, and independent. You are pragmatic and easy to collaborate with.
• You are confident in presenting and talking in a professional setting, often to/ with product leaders and management professionals.
• You are fluent in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian or Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Interest or knowledge in agile product development frameworks.
• Interest or experience from working in financial services.
• A bachelors- or master’s degree, most likely within finance, economics, business or IT. Personal experience and personal attributes are the most important for this position.
