About The Role
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, supporting the development and execution of holistic marketing strategies aimed at driving growth across both retail and digital channels in Europe and the USA. You’ll work closely with our marketing team, contributing to exciting projects that reach our passionate community—whether it's skiers, bikers, or adventure seekers.
Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team with daily tasks and coordination of projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

• Help craft compelling social media content, schedule posts, and engage with our online community across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more.

• Support our global athlete roster by coordinating content, campaigns, and communications to amplify their presence and brand alignment.

• Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns, from drafting briefs to collaborating on engaging designs and messaging.

• Help plan and execute compelling events like ski demos, bike events, and local retail tradeshows that bring our brand to life and engage our customers.

• Coordinate content and presentations for seasonal sales meetings to help showcase our brand and products effectively.

• Assist in the creation of localized retail marketing campaigns, collaborating with both sales and marketing teams to drive foot traffic and conversions.

• Be in charge of organizing and tracking our photo samples, ensuring they’re ready for use in campaigns and marketing materials.

Experience / Skills Required

• A strong passion for outdoor sports, particularly skiing, biking, or other adventure activities.

• A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• A keen eye for design and detail, particularly when it comes to email and social media content.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Proactive and a self-starter—able to take initiative and work independently when needed.

• As part of your education program, you have very experiences within the field of marketing.
