Manager Vessel Performance and Green Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Optimize Vessel Performance : Lead efforts in monitoring and improving vessel efficiency and sustainability
Drive Sustainability: Assess, adopt, and implement energy-efficient and performance-enhancing technologies
Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of global and regional GHG regulations and help customers adapt effectively
Knowledge Sharing: Drive company-wide adoption of best practices and new technologies to elevate operational excellence

Qualifications:

Degree in Naval Architecture or relevant technical field is preferred
At least 10 years in Maritime Industry, with expertise in any of the following areas:
- Vessel Performance Management
- Technical Management
- Technical Services
- Classification Societies
- Proficiency as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer
- Experience working with telemetry data solutions
Demonstrated passion for and exposure to vessel efficiency improvement
Strong computer skills and familiarity with maintenance systems
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
