Key Responsibilities:

• Provide break/fix support, fault diagnosis, and resolution for desktop devices (hardware, software, and connectivity).
• Manage IMAC (installations, moves, adds, and changes) and desk-side support services.
• Handle both hard and soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Provide standard hardware/software maintenance for desktops, including operating systems and office applications.
• Ensure proper configuration, updates, and replacements for desktop hardware and software.
• Review Service Desk calls to identify areas for user training or automation.
• Ensure that each desktop device is installed with the correct desktop image.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows 7 OS.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Mac devices, and tablets.
• Familiarity with Service Now or other service management tools.
• Strong skills in End-User Computing (EUC) tools, remote support, MS Office, and Outlook.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in Norwegian & English.
