Responsibilities

• • You will lead and drive clarity for governance committees in Norway, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends that may affect Human Resources policies.
  • You will act as an employee advocate by implementing processes and looking at other measures to improve the lived experiences of employees. You’ll also ensure internal messaging is aligned, and lead and develop strategies to improve employee engagement.
  • You will execute or lead projects, programs, and initiatives, such as assessing new acquisitions or developing talent needs. You’ll also develop and carry out project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and identify and respond to any emerging requirements.
  • You will promote a Microsoft-focused culture and drive business by engaging with the local community and influencing external Human Resources leaders. You’ll also design and execute a crisis management strategy, as well as activate the Employee Assistance Programs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational understanding of the Norwegian Labor law system is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies
• OR equivalent experience.
