Description of Role and Practice
Join our Strategy Practice, where you will have the unique opportunity to shape large-scale digital transformations, advice C-suite leaders, and drive significant business impact. We are looking for talented individuals with 3-8 years of experience to our diverse and high-performing teams in Norway, working with leading clients across a range of industries.
The teams we are hiring for

Corporate Strategy & Growth (CS&G) supports clients worldwide with accelerating measurable and sustainable growth through corporate strategies, go-to-market strategies, digital strategies and growth-led turnarounds.
Technology Strategy & Advisory supports clients in using technology and innovation to transform their business. Positioned at the intersection of industries, platforms, cloud, data, and AI, we help the c-suite with using technology & innovation to reinvent their business.
M&A supports clients with continually renewing and energizing their portfolio of businesses, providing advice to clients all over the world on projects that span both the buy-and-sell-side and cover all phases of the deal lifecycle.

What you will do
As a strategic advisor, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in a variety of exciting and impactful work, including:

Advising on Strategy & Transformation: Collaborate with senior management and C-suite leaders to deliver business & Technology solutions that align with their goals.
Innovative Problem Solving: Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to address complex business challenges.
Project Leadership: Lead key workstreams, oversee junior colleagues, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Developing Industry Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of industry trends, financials, and operational drivers, particularly in the areas of M&A, Private Equity, and large-scale technology transformations.
Collaborative Team Environment: Work in a diverse, multinational environment, contributing to team success while learning and growing every day.
Business Development: Engage in sales activities, opportunity identification, and contribute to thought leadership and business initiatives.

Job requirements
We are seeking candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting, business development, or technology-driven organizations. Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record of structuring and solving complex business problems, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering practical solutions that align with client goals. You should have a keen interest in how technology, such as automation and AI, can drive business value, and the ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues as part of high-impact projects. A master’s degree or equivalent with strong academic performance is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Norwegian is highly desirable.
