Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking new Strategy Managers for our Data & AI team in Norway to identify and unlock business value for clients using leading-edge technology. About the role:

Accenture Strategy & Consulting empowers leaders to confidently navigate the future by leveraging deep industry insights and expertise in Data and AI. We drive rapid execution and guide clients toward competitive growth through business and technology innovation. The service unit consists of a wide range of business functions and industry groups, and in Data & AI we work from Strategy to Implementation where Data and AI are the focal points.

In your role as a Data Strategy Manager you will lead and inspire teams, providing strategic leadership and technical guidance to drive project success and support team development. You will work on projects like creating a Data and AI strategy, assessing Data and AI business opportunities, developing and optimizing Data and AI operating models. It can also include supporting complex system implementations powered by Accenture that orchestrate and accelerate results by scaling Data and AI platforms for our customers. Specifically, you can expect to:

Advise and help our customers through the changes that Generative AI entails

Communicate technology, Data and AI solutions and the value they create for the business to C-level

Create Data and AI strategies that are logical, understandable and executable

Support sales activities with e.g. producing sharp content and messaging for CXO pitches

Analyze As-Is and design To-Be AI and Data architecture, tools and processes

Communicate new data-driven insights to inspire and transform the way we do business

Conduct data discovery, form hypotheses and test these together with the customer

We are looking for candidates who have experience in Data and AI strategy implementations and thought leadership in the field. Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment and possess the ability and eagerness to mentor and guide colleagues within the team.

+5 years of relevant experience within Data and/or AI.

Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of 1-2 specific industries and advisory on their business needs.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Solid internal/client handling skills and a track record of successful solutions.

Leadership and Project Management: Skilled in leading teams and managing complex projects.

Advanced Analytics: Current or former proficiency in Advanced Data Analytics and/or AI modeling.

Strategic Vision: Capable of formulating long-term Data and AI strategies.

Sales excellence: Demonstrated experience in building entrepreneurial teams and managing a pipeline.

Collaboration& leadership: Having managed towards & delivered on a balanced set of metrics including customer relationship, sales & profitability, people development and capability building.

Relevant Science/Engineering/Business Master's degree.

Good written and oral presentation skills in English and Norwegian or another Nordic language.
