Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in Abuja. This role is vital in ensuring seamless office operations and efficient handling of administrative duties, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, databases, and inventory of supplies.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
- Support in planning and coordinating company events.
- Respond to client and visitor inquiries with professionalism.
- Undertake other duties as needed to support daily operations.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
