Responsibilities
Oversee administrative operations, Manage scheduling, billing, and other essential administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, Create a welcoming environment for our clients and deliver outstanding support.
- Contribute to our growth, Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and social media engagement.
- Contribute to a positive work culture, assist with HR functions, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to relevant regulations.
- Administrative experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting
- Operations, Administrative with (Accounting and Marketing stint), Passion/Interest in alternative Natural Medicine (at least not an antagonist to it but open-minded to it), Computer Literate with Social media exposure
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- A genuine passion for promoting wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
