We’re looking for a Service Deli Manager to join our Woolworths Hawera team.

About You | Mōu
As well as a passion for people and fresh food we are looking for our new leader to have:
-
A demonstrated, proven, knowledge and passion for fresh food
-
Strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with our customers and team members
-
Strong leadership skills to train and develop your team to ensure food safety is always top priority
-
Excellent prioritisation skills which will enable you to manage your workload
-
The ability to obtain a Food Safety Certificate
From meats and cheeses to antipasto you will be joining a hands on and customer focused department. A day in the life of a Service Deli Manager could look like:
-
Meeting daily and weekly targets, KPI’s, ordering, stock taking and rostering
-
Implementing promotion planning with great detail and in a timely manner
-
Training and developing Deli team members as well Supervisors
-
Championing Health, Safety and Food Safety practices
The hours and days for this Deli Manager position are:
Tuesday 0600-1430, Wednesday 0600-1430, Thursday 0600-1430, Friday 0600-1430 and Saturday 0600-1430
