The operations supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day running of part (or all) of the facility, ensuring customer requirements are met, staff understand what is expected of them (including safety), and all compliance and regulations are met. About the Role
Due to promotion at our Wiri facilities, Lineage is looking to recruit an experienced operations supervisor. The role requires a confident hands-on leader who can develop and motive their team to deliver a high standard of service to our customers.
You will be a strong communicator and be able to respond quickly to changing demands. Enhancing and maintaining the effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a leader of health and safety in our facility.
We are looking for a minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in an operations/warehousing role with leading a team. Experience of export licensed/regulatory environment is an advantage.

• plan and direct work activities in a dynamic environment
• proficient numeracy and analytical skills
• ensure all organisational and operational procedures and policies are adhered to
• ensure all inwards, and outward/export processes meet regulatory and licence requirements
• control inventory and have the ability to work a computer-based tracking system
• have proficient verbal and written communication skills
• hold a current Forklift Operators licence
• excellent planner and problem solver

This is a full-time role reporting to the operations controller.
