We are looking for a motivated & dymanic person to join our team who will be mainly based at our Manukau site but assist at our other sites as required. In this role you will be working closely along side our customers and operational team. Providing exceptional customer service is at the forefront of this this role. We pride ourselves in ensuring customers always have a positive experience. Having a procative apporach, analytical mind, attention to detail are essential.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm

About the role:
- Manage open tickets and resolve in a timely manner
- Process customer orders prompty and accurately & make adjustments as requested
- Prepare the delivery documentation and relay important delivery instructions to key stakeholder.
- Supporting initiatives to improve the overall customer service experience and programs
- Provide support/cover for other administrative tasks such as POD uploading support
- Driven, confident and can provide exceptional customer service
- Able to work collaboratively with the team
- Able to problem solve
- Organised and
- At least 2 years working within the warehouse/logistics industry
- Certificate in Customer Care or Logistics would be advantageous
- Prior experience using TMS or WMS system & CRM system
- A customer-focused mindset that prioritises the needs and satisfaction of customers
