- Supervising hands-on team in completing the tasks required by the client
- QAQC completing daily reports and controlling work within the specifications
- Materials ordering and receiving checks
- Driving, delivery of equipment and materials to sites
- Knowledge to setup blasting and painting worksites.
- Blasting/Painting or relevant industry experience
- Ability to supervise a small team
- Ability to do overtime and work weekends
- Physically fit
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
