Inpatient Booking Clerk

• Timely and accurate loading of patients onto a waitlist as required
• Ensure all cancellations are processed and communicated in a timely manner
• Remove patients from waitlists as directed
• Schedule patients for procedures using the established policy or standard operating procedures
• Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Provide a customer focused telephone service with patients and face to face with stakeholders.

• Flexible and an eye for detail
• Customer service experience
• Microsoft Office/Data Entry
• Scheduling and administration experience
• Dealing with customers/clients via telephone.
