ICT Support Technician

We are seeking a Tier 1-2 ICT technician. The successful applicant must be able to work collaboratively within the in-house ICT Network and interact with our students, staff and community.

It is recommended you have:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience working in an educational environment, providing IT support.
Microsoft qualifications desirable.
Strong passion for technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT networking.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications.
Knowledge of Hyper-V environments, including setup, configuration, and management of virtual machines.
Experience working on Office 365 Products, MS Teams and Entra ID.
Experience managing Users and Devices in AD and Azure AD.
Experience managing devices using Apple School Manager and Intune App deployment.
Ability to monitor and manage data backup systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
