• Investigating/Resolving problematic freight (Incorrect address, No Access etc.) through contacting senders and/or locating receivers.

• Handling, repackaging and reporting on damaged freight.

• Face to face customer interactions at the front counter for pickups and sending freight

• Responding to Customer Services requests to locate items or action items.

• Sorting freight to courier level where assistance is required.

• Scanning of items in depot and maintaining a clean depot if assistance required.

• Capable of computer operations (Emails, Microsoft Office Suite, Can type at a fast speed)
• Motivated personality who is keen to be ‘hands-on’ in their work
• Flexible and adaptable
• Be physically fit – Some heavy lifting required
• Reliable, Punctual and Honest
