The opportunity:

- As an Accounts Officer, you will be pivotal in assisting with our financial operations and will work on a permanent part-time basis (20 hours per week).
- You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of our financial systems.
- You will be working with a passionate accounts team and contributes to the overall efficiency and satisfaction of our employees.

Day to day you will:

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Process expense claims and payments.
- Assist with the supplier onboarding process.
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed.

What you’ll bring to our team:

- At least a year of proven experience in accounts team(AP/AR).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in SAP software or any other similar platforms such as MYOB or Xero.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
