• Anticipate client, visitor, and employee needs and offer a seamless and memorable experience.
• Support the smooth running of the office facilities, coordinating office maintenance, security passes, lockers, and repairs.
• Work with the Lead Client Experience Ambassador and the wider New Zealand Workplace team to coordinate and assist with internal and external events.
• Be proactive and continuously look for ways to improve the client and employee experience.
• Day-to-day office operations including tasks such as inventory management, mailroom duties, fleet assistance and general administrative responsibilities.
• Proactively engage with and develop strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.

• Proven experience working in a customer centric role.
• An adaptable, resilient attitude and a genuine passion and drive to offer a seamless customer experience.
• Ability to trouble-shoot and provide practical solutions.
• A team player, who thrives on collaborating and supporting their peers in a fast-paced people-centric environment.
• Experience or training in the hospitality or event management industry will be highly regarded
• Ability to learn new digital systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication.
