Job Description
As an Apparel Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our apparel department, ensuring it's not just visually appealing, but also a hub of sales success.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Using your creative flair to make the apparel department a visual delight for our customers.
Fostering a sales-focused culture within your team, covering everything from clothing to footwear and accessories.
Ensuring merchandising standards are top-notch and championing a safe work environment.
Providing stellar customer service, helping shoppers find their perfect outfit.
Pitching in with opening and closing duties, and occasionally taking charge of the whole store.

But that's not all. We're all about teamwork here at The Warehouse, and we're looking for someone who's eager to jump in and be part of something bigger. Whether you're a seasoned leader or just starting out, if you've got ambition and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!
This is a full time role rostered Sunday to Thursday with one late night per week.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will:

Be passionate about providing the best customer experience
Be self-driven and ready to hit the ground running.
Have a knack for turning plans into action.
Be a fantastic communicator, both in writing and in person.
Have some leadership experience under their belt.
