Job Description
As an Apparel Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our apparel department, ensuring it's not just visually appealing, but also a hub of sales success.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Using your creative flair to make the apparel department a visual delight for our customers.
- Fostering a sales-focused culture within your team, covering everything from clothing to footwear and accessories.
- Ensuring merchandising standards are top-notch and championing a safe work environment.
- Providing stellar customer service, helping shoppers find their perfect outfit.
- Pitching in with opening and closing duties, and occasionally taking charge of the whole store.
This is a full time role rostered Sunday to Thursday with one late night per week.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be passionate about providing the best customer experience
- Be self-driven and ready to hit the ground running.
- Have a knack for turning plans into action.
- Be a fantastic communicator, both in writing and in person.
- Have some leadership experience under their belt.
