We are thrilled to announce an opening for an Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the new year. This entry-level position, based in Seaview, is perfect for someone eager to grow and excel in a vibrant office environment. The role commences on January 6th, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Communication Hub: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organizational Mastery: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Clerical Assistance: Support the team with data entry and other clerical duties.
  • Welcoming Presence: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional office environment.
