Currently, at Moove Cars, we are looking to expand our recruitment team and want to incorporate a recruiter into our Human Resources team in Amsterdam.
What are the responsibilities of the position?

Currently, at Moove Cars, we are looking to expand our recruitment team and want to incorporate a recruiter into our Human Resources team in Amsterdam.
What are the responsibilities of the position?
- Screening candidates on the various job portals where we publish.
- Conducting the first call and scheduling in-person interviews.
- Actively sourcing candidates on different portals and managing applications with consultants, agencies, driving schools, etc.
- Maintaining updated and organized candidate databases.
- Coordinating with the rest of the HR team on candidate onboarding.
- Previous experience in recruitment, highly valued if managing a large number of candidates.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, be organized, and be capable of managing multiple data.
- Experience working with job portals such as Linked In, Indeed, Monsterboard.nl, etc.
- Experience hiring drivers is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Dutch and English or Spanish.
- Immediate start.
