YOUR TASKS

• Support Arvato in achieving and maintaining required operational quality levels

• Provide support for audits related to certifications as ISO 13485 and GDP • Manage and maintain (quality) systems like ISO 13485, Sharepoint, and SAP

• Set KPIs and provide work instructions for monitoring quality systems
• Engage in compliance, investigate quality failures through root cause analysis, and capture risks through risk analyses.
