Do you excel at managing networks and building strong business relationships? Oakleafe Claims is seeking a motivated Project Manager – Property Damage Restoration to join our team in the Netherlands.
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our network, including contractors and restoration companies. Your responsibilities will include scoping required repairs, overseeing technical quality, ensuring compliance, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:Estimation (Scope of Work):

• Identify necessary restoration and repair tasks.
• Prepare budgets and quotations using company software.

Network Management & Compliance:

• Ensure all network suppliers maintain compliance with required processes, such as asbestos handling and risk assessments.

Budget & Cost Control:

• Oversee project budgets, schedules (Gantt charts), delivery lists, and purchase orders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Assurance & Performance:

• Develop and implement KPIs.
• Conduct quality audits on contractors and ensure they meet performance standards.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and clients, both digitally and in person.

Client Support & Communication:

• Assist clients with technical or complex information.
• Ensure they understand the claims process and outcomes.

Training & Implementation:

• Train contractors in business processes, software solutions (Trackpro), and due diligence procedures.

Claims Support / Damage Assessments:

• Support claims adjusters in processing claims, including site visits and damage assessments.

Strategy & Network Growth:

• Make strategic recommendations to grow and improve the contractor network while maintaining service performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational background in construction or a related field.
• Higher professional education (HBO level) or equivalent.
• Experience in property insurance, claims assessments, and policy conditions (preferred).
• Strong ability to motivate internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and develop data-driven strategies.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
