What impact will you make?


As a Project Planner at Bizzdesign, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Knowledge Center, and you will be responsible for the planning of both training & consultancy and for supporting all customers during the onboarding process, which includes the period from when a customer signs, up until the successful implementation of our software product.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Customer Guidance : You act as the point of contact for customers during the onboarding process and guide them through every step. Proactively reach out to customers to welcome them, discuss expectations, and answer any questions. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy.


  • Onboarding Planning: You create a custom onboarding plan based on each client's specific needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, consultancy, academy, support, and finance to ensure the planning is accurate and achievable. Plan and organize onboarding activities and provide relevant information and documentation.


  • Administration: You provide the administration for the customer service projects and you are the first point of contact for financial settlement.


  • Training, consultancy, and support: You organize consultancy and training for customers to familiarize them with the product and help them use it effectively. Answer questions and provide support to resolve any issues or obstacles during the onboarding process.


  • Progress check: Monitor each customer's progress and deadlines during the onboarding process and intervene in a timely manner to address any delays or challenges. Have check-in calls and document customer interactions, onboarding steps, and any issues that arise. Report progress and any bottlenecks to the internal team to collaborate on solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Hand-over: You hand over an updated customer repository to customer success management after the completion of the onboarding process.


What are we looking for?


You are customer-focused and have a positive approach. You are detail-oriented and have a flexible attitude. Together with your team, you get really energized by the idea of creating a top-of-the-line team. We are looking forward to the expertise you bring!


  • You have excellent English and Dutch language skills (both written and verbal).
  • You have a bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
  • You have good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • You are an excellent communicator, and you can collaborate effectively with internal teams and international customers.
  • You are flexible when it comes to working outside office hours when needed due to time differences worldwide.
  • You know how to support clients through any challenges they face.
  • You preferably have previous experience in a Saa S company.
  • You have good technical skills and knowledge of MS Office and preferably you have worked with Salesforce before.
