Due to significant growth in the Netherlands, WSP Power and Energy wants to strengthen the expertise of our PMO team in Arnhem. We are currently looking for a PMO - Energy based in Arnhem.
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company's core values: solidarity, a passion for large-scale and complex projects, and a spirit of innovation and conviviality.
WHAT DOES YOUR NEW ROLE LOOK LIKE?
You will support the project team in the implementation of engineering projects in the energy sector. You are responsible for the preparation and collection of project documents, the preparation of internal and external meetings, reporting and monitoring the progress of the project. We can also contact you for the linguistic verification of reports. A very varied role, in which you can use all your talents.
You like to be an important pivot within the team. You ensure that you free up professional colleagues. They can focus on the quality of the content and you ensure that everything is optimal linguistically, visually and organizationally. Project leaders can and will rely on you. They get a better grip on their projects, are able to provide financial guidance sooner and are better able to inform clients about this. The result: an acceleration of the energy transition from WSP!
THIS IS YOUR TEAM
You will work in a team of 8 other specialists and report directly to the team leader. This is a motivated and proactive multidisciplinary team with a solid background of experience.
The Power and Energy business unit is solid and is currently working on a number of interesting projects. These are projects with a national and international scope. We are looking for a motivated person with solid ambitions.
WHAT DO WE LIKE TO SEE IN YOU?
You keep an overview, work accurately and have strong organizational skills. When colleagues come to you with a problem, they know that you are tackling it expertly. You keep them up to date with the latest developments and have a cooperative attitude, which makes working with you so much fun!
You like to work on different projects and move easily in the dynamics that this entails. In addition, you are:

• Graduated from a relevant MBO+/HBO course
• Working for several years in a similar role, preferably within an international technical organization
• Someone who doesn't wait, but goes for it
• Someone who makes sure everything happens on time
• Being able to express yourself well in word and writing, both in Dutch and in English
• Experience with Tenne T is an advantage
