Job Role- PEGA LSA
Location – Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 6-12 months contract
Working Mode: Hybrid (Twice in a week)

Job Description:

Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture and Design:
o Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring they align with business and functional requirements.
o Develop high-quality, performant, and maintainable Pega applications.
o Define the specific solution processes and business and functional requirements needed to realize these opportunities.
2. Implementation Guidance:
o Guide the team through the implementation process, from design to deployment.
o Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
o Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.
3. Technical Leadership:
o Lead the technical team through project completion.
o Manage the integration requirements across different systems.
o Work closely with business analysts and other team members to understand the business requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architecture.
o Work closely with the business architect to verify that the outcomes and detailed requirements are aligned to the different benefits realization phases.
o Develop the agenda of workshops and working sessions.
Requirements:
Certification:Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
Experience:
o Around 10 years of experience in developing large-scale technical architectures.
o Extensive experience in Pega PRPC, including process flows, activities, harnesses, sections, decision tables, data transforms, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Java and experienced in developing multi-tier applications using JAVA, Tomcat, and Web Logic servers.
o Experience with web services like SOAP, WSDL, and XML.
