What will you be doing?
As an in-house consultant at Timing, you are the point of contact for both the client and the temporary workers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly in terms of planning, communication, and administration. Your main responsibilities will be:
As an in-house consultant at Timing, you are the point of contact for both the client and the temporary workers. You ensure that everything runs smoothly in terms of planning, communication, and administration. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing the staffing needs of our client
- Conducting intake interviews and job matching
- Scheduling temporary workers and maintaining planning
- Being a contact person for both the client and the temporary staff
- Handling administrative tasks such as contracts and time registration
Who are we looking for?
You are someone who enjoys taking responsibility and is capable of making quick decisions. You also bring a healthy dose of energy and enthusiasm to the team. Furthermore, you have:
- A minimum of MBO-level work and thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Affinity with the logistics and/or production sector
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Polish language skills are a plus, as Polish-speaking candidates are welcome!
