Join Our Team:
For our location in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a a dedicated and skilled Customer Service/Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you are looking for a long-term role in a fast-paced and growing company, we want to hear from you!
Your Role:
- Managing the import and export of dry and bulk containers from various global locations.
- Coordinating and shipping groupage deliveries to our customers.
- Maintaining daily direct contact with our forwarding partners.
- Overseeing stock management to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Handling quality documents, including supplying them to customers and controlling/approving documentation from suppliers.
- Acting as the main contact between our production team and external partner.
- Reside in or around Dordrecht (within a maximum of 20 km).
- Experienced in Logistics/Supply Chain Management: Solid understanding of incoterms and prior experience in logistics.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written - business level.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
- Desire to build a long-term partnership with our company.
- Experience in international business - working with suppliers and customers from all over the world.
- Being part of an international team with years of experience in food, animal feed and cosmetics business.
- Become a specialist in a niche market.
- Fast decision making - direct contact with owners of the company.
