Marketing within PF Concept is in an interesting transition phase from decentralised to centralised and from channel-centric to customer- and brand-centric. In order to strengthen PF Concept’s position and form the basis of further growth, PF Concept launched a new positioning and Go-to-Market strategy in 2023.

This new positioning must now be translated to various touch points, customer propositions and communication campaigns in a consistent and impactful way. All this to optimise the customer experience and strengthen and optimise PF Concept’s brand position in the product media market.

You will work with an enthusiastic Marketing team with a nice mix of colleagues with a lot of knowledge and experience and young talents. Withing this team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, updating and optimising existing content, which supports the customer journey and the different needs a customer has during his or her journey. In line with our new chosen positioning, style and brand promises. You will report to the Team Lead Campaign Management.

What are you going to do?

You will be responsible for translating our new positioning, brand promises, and customer strategy into a content policy and approach, including:
Content creation:

• Develop and implement a content approach that touches every stage of the customer experience.
  
• Write, edit, and produce various types of content in collaboration with our design team and other stakeholders, optimising and maintaining content based on insights to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with our new positioning and brand promises.
  
• Research, experiment, and develop existing and new (social media) channels or campaigns to maximize sales opportunities in line with the multichannel strategy, while systematically tracking trends and developments (e.g., social advertising, blogs, cross-channel retail) to drive continuous improvements.
  

Copywriting:

• Create, edit, and refine content to ensure clarity and effectiveness across all platforms.
  

Campaign management:

• Set-up, test, manage and steer email campaigns in Sales Force.
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Contributing to various projects, in line with predetermined objectives and conditions.
  

Our content consists of texts, visuals, expressions, videos, and information to support the customer’s entire customer journey (both offline and online, including the Store). You collaborate with Brand & Campaign, Trade Marketing, Creative design and Store.

Who are you?

You are a creative thinker with an adventurous and curious personality and proactive problem-solving skills. Naturally, you are a team player, supportive to your colleagues, but you also enjoy working independently. You are not afraid to try something new, always looking for new opportunities, and you work accurately with a good eye for detail. Additionally, you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Content Marketeer. You are well-qualified for the role through relevant higher professional education (HBO), training, and, most importantly, your extensive knowledge.
  
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and campaigns, and meet deadlines.
  
• Fluency in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  
• A good sense of humour!
