Job Summary
As a Mobile Developer, you will lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications. You will be responsible for managing Agile workflows, conducting code reviews, establishing CI/CD pipelines for both Android and i OS, and developing shared libraries to optimize our development process. This role also involves implementing real-time features, in-app purchases, and user retention strategies.

Job Summary
As a Mobile Developer, you will lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications. You will be responsible for managing Agile workflows, conducting code reviews, establishing CI/CD pipelines for both Android and i OS, and developing shared libraries to optimize our development process. This role also involves implementing real-time features, in-app purchases, and user retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android and i OS using React Native.
- Lead Agile project management, overseeing sprint planning, task prioritization, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both Android and i OS, automating testing (farme testing, A/B testing, integration testing).
- Implement and manage real-time communication features using Web Socket (WSS) and integrate with microservices architecture.
- Design and develop shared libraries and reusable components to streamline development across projects.
- Oversee Google Play Console and i OS App Store submissions and release processes.
- Implement in-app purchases, data-driven user engagement, and retention strategies through analytics.
- Collaborate with global teams, including design, product, and backend teams, to deliver robust features.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in mobile development, with at least 3 years focused on React Native.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record in developing and deploying applications for both Android and i OS.
- Agile Management: Experience managing Agile workflows, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
- Code Quality: Strong ability to conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards.
- CI/CD & Testing: Skilled in establishing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (farme testing, A/B testing, integration testing).
- Shared Libraries: Proven experience in creating shared libraries and reusable components to optimize codebase.
- Real-Time & Microservices: Proficiency in Web Socket (WSS) and experience with microservices.
- App Store Management: Experience with Google Play Console and i OS App Store submissions and release management.
- User Engagement: Expertise in in-app purchases, user analytics, and retention strategies.
- Languages: Proficient in Java Script and Type Script.
- Native Code: Familiar with Java/Kotlin (Android) and Objective-C/Swift (i OS) for React Native integration.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS or Firebase.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and mobile security best practices.
- Knowledge of user analytics tools for data-driven insights.
