Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Full Stack Software Developer with 5-10 years of hands-on experience to join our team. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications and systems. As a critical member of our team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. Experience in developing cloud native software application for manufacturing organizations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development

• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Implement front-end best practices for accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional web components.

Back-End Development

• Design and build robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Develop RESTful APIs and Graph QL endpoints to support front-end features and integrations.
• Manage and optimize database interactions, ensuring data consistency and performance.

Infrastructure and Deployment

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve release cycles.
• Manage application hosting environments, including cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security through monitoring and proactive optimizations.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver features on schedule.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and team standards for best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of professional software development experience, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Front-End: Expertise in HTML, CSS, Java Script/Type Script, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Back-End: Proficiency in server-side programming (Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, or .NET).
• Database: Experience with relational and No SQL databases such as My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, or Dynamo DB.
• Version Control: Strong experience with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Git Flow).
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Dev Ops: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing: Proficient with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation tools like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and messaging systems like Rabbit MQ, Kafka, or Redis.
• Strong understanding of web security principles (OWASP) and data privacy regulations.
