As a Customer Support, you will negotiate, and look for new potential clients.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Take check calls from drivers to obtain location updates, ensure they are on time, and identify any possible issues or delays.
• Verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.
• Update customer websites with arrivals, departures, delays, etc., as required.
• Update receivers and customers on the status of loads.
• Properly document all of the daily calls as received stating the exact details of the load at the time of each call.

Minimum requirements:

• Studies: High School Degree.
• Experience: at least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics.
• Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred.

• Salary: 15.000 MXN + Sunday surcharge
