Get to know the role:
Your role as Executive, Admin is responsible in managing administration activities of CEO’s Office of Jaya Grocer to:
· Provide executive, administrative, and development support to the CEO’s Office and Management Team.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external on all matters pertaining to the CEO’s Office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing the CEO’s Office calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.
· Coordinate meeting and/or conference as assigned and ensure that CEO’s Office is well prepare for the meeting or agenda.
· Taking minutes of all meetings CEO’s Office attends, and delivering them to relevant parties.
· Assists in prepare, organise and coordinate the agenda and meetings of senior management team.
· To provide full support to CEO’s Office in managing day-to-day administrative and operations in the office.
· Responsible to assist CEO’s Office to follow up, monitor, remind delegated tasks and report accordingly.
· To liaise professionally and strictly confidential with all levels of management, department, and business associates.
· Perform other duties assigned by CEO’s Office from time to time.
You should have:
· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration / secretarial role
· Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.’
· Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
· Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
