1) Marketing Executive (Electronic Imaging)
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and assist in social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Official website) for monthly content to maximize exposure and generate traffic to social networks.
- Plan and organize workshops (online and on-ground) nationwide.
- Responsible for the feedback market situation to sales and marketing teams.
- Participating in regional meetings for new products and training.
- Support in managing new products PR assets including press release, media alert.
- Work with regional HQ, plan and execute marketing activities and/or campaigns to drive demand for products and carry out the execution in a timely and effective manner.
- Reply emails pertaining to customer inquiries and channel camera technical issues to product specialists.
- Assist in new product launching.
- Issue monthly, quarterly memo and payment requisition.
- Assist in digital marketing projects as required from time to time.
- Preferably candidate with 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Baseline knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Fast learner, growth mindset, and ability to multitask while being detail oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Passionate in photography and videography. Knowledge in the photography industry & Photo/Video editing will be a plus point.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, including the creation of event materials such as signage, promotional items, and giveaways. Manage all aspects of events from setup to breakdown.
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals and objectives.
- Develop strategic influencer marketing initiatives and work closely with influencer management companies to execute campaigns successfully.
- Plan and oversee the visual merchandising of authorized dealer outlets nationwide, ensuring displays are updated and aligned with seasonal or festive themes.
- Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to create Instax-related artworks and marketing collateral in line with the marketing team’s requirements.
- Support the sales team by providing insights on market trends, forecasts, and new product information, as well as preparing promotional materials.
- Track and manage marketing expenses to ensure budgets are adhered to, and maintain an updated inventory of promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to negotiate pricing with suppliers and third-party providers, obtain quotations for marketing materials, and oversee the delivery of outsourced elements.
- Follow up on instax after-sales services, including warranty claims and customer support.
- Keep track of instax demo units loaned to third parties and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and run reports to support the superior in creating monthly sales and marketing performance reviews.
- Manage project deadlines to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and within budget.
- Draft business letters, memorandums, standard operating forms, reports, and other correspondence accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by the superior.
- Degree/Diploma holder in marketing or a related field.
- Preferred candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of proven working experience in a fast-paced operational role and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Have a baseline knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Fast-learner with a growth mindset and ability to multitask is critical, an exceptional team player, fast execution while being detail-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends in photo imaging, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure effective targeting.
- Campaign Strategy & Project Management: Assist the marketing manager in developing and executing marketing strategies. Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Support in building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers through targeted campaigns, driving customer acquisition and repeat business.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and ROI, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing teams in other business units, design) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Content Development: Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferable candidate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, with knowledge of SEO & SEM optimization being a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for trade shows, events, and meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
