Position: Live Stream Manager
What Will You Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with the production team to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality live streaming events and schedules.
• Ensure seamless setup and operation of all technical equipment (cameras, microphones, switchers, streaming software) by conducting pre-event testing to confirm all systems are functioning optimally.
• Oversee the entire live stream process, quickly troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues during broadcasts to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure live streams meet technical standards and platform-specific requirements (e.g., Tik Tok, Shopee) for consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with livestream hosts and creative teams to create engaging content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
• Review live streaming scripts and concepts to ensure high-quality content delivery for each session.
• Monitor live stream audience engagement in real-time, addressing feedback and interacting with viewers to enhance the experience.
• Analyze live stream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future streams.
• Ensure streams are optimized to meet KPIs and monthly performance targets, adjusting strategies based on performance data and audience engagement.
• Assist in curating product assortments and strategies for livestream events, particularly for e Commerce campaigns like Payday and Double Digit Days.
• Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams (marketing, creative, e Commerce) to meet campaign deadlines and deliver successful live stream broadcasts.
• Regularly conduct review sessions with live streaming teams to assess past broadcasts and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate equipment, workflows, and technical processes, suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance future events.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in live streaming technology and digital commerce platforms, recommending new tools or strategies to improve stream quality and viewer engagement.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

REQIUREMENTS

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Com or other related field. Relevant experience can sometimes substitute for formal education.
• 1 -2 years working experience in Live streaming operation
• Able to work in office setup
• Communication and time management skills
• Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to handle live stream
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
