Job description

• Draft and review agreements/contracts/terms of engagements/letter to authorities and other legal documents.
• Ensure all contracts are made in compliance with standards and law.
• Ensure proper execution of contracts, agreements and legal documents.
• Ensure proper management and administration of legal documents.
• Provide practical legal advice and opinion when necessary.
• Attend and represent the company in contract negotiations and meetings.
• Prepare legal report and business proposal to Management.
• Undertake such other duties/reponsibilities as assigned from time to time by the HOD.
• Support HOD in liaising with an external lawyer and other external parties on all legal matters.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience in Corporate or in-house. Litigation background is an advantage.
• At least 1-2 Years of working experience in-house or in legal firms.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel an outstation in a short notice.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Knowledge in legal matters with excellent communication.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Able to work in team and independently whenever needed and meet the deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, New-Grad
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
