Job Responsibilities:
1.Client contracting - Vendor contracting - Intercompany contracting

• Provide legal support in handling entire portfolio of agreements.
• Identify & filter specific / legacy agreements for updating.
• Assist in review / comment / engross terms in agreements.
• Collaborate with service lines for agreements queries.
• Work closely with service teams, monitor fully signed agreements.
• Archive and maintain an updated agreements record system.

2.Internal entities supporting work (ownership structure charts / letter)

• Collaborate and coordinate requests from service teams with Group.
• Identify and mitigate issues in the request process.
• Determine and optimize workflow in handling request with local service teams and Group.
• Develop hands on updated internal entities’ structure charts library.

3.Internal entities supporting work(reduce in-house service entities project)

• Liaise with service teams & monitor service entities status.
• Provide support and assist progress for effective updating.
• Connect with government departments to follow up application process & issues.
• Oversee statutory documents are in order and filing in timely manner.

4.Data privacy matters

• Provide legal support in handling entire portfolio of agreements to include Data Privacy terms.
• Assist review and handle queries on Data Protection terms & agreements matters.
• Effective engagement and management on governance, control in Binding Corporate Rules.
• Archive and maintain an updated agreements record system.

5.Claims and litigation & Corporate affairs

• Assist regulatory onsite visit and requests.
• Explore and research and assist in legal advice and support.
• Provide support and assist and attend external meetings.
• Archive and preserve updated record system.

Key requirements:

• Formal training or qualification in law or related disciplines required
• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma holder with relevant experience preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Independent, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude
