Position Overview:
As a Junior Marketing Specialist at Veissman Group, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, focusing on B2B & B2C sales and marketing efforts. This role will not only involve hands-on experience in client engagement but also the opportunity to grow into management roles, with fast-tracked career advancement.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct Sales & Marketing Activities: Handle both B2B and B2C sales and marketing, engaging with clients in a corporate setting.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a sales and marketing team, setting and tracking weekly/monthly KPIs.
• Customer Acquisition: Drive customer awareness and acquisition on behalf of clients through various marketing channels.
• Business Development: Participate in unique business advancement programs designed to enhance skills in management, marketing, human resources, corporate training, and more.
• Career Growth: Work towards leadership opportunities within 6-12 months as part of our career ladder program.
