Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics:

• Collect, clean, and analyze customer-related data using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to identify trends and insights.
• Support the team in data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights.

Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Whats App chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Record customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Internship student
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
