Ringgit Plus is looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for Data Analytics & Business Intelligence!

What You'll Do
  • Credit Scorecard Analysis – Facilitate data analysis of the Ringgitplus base with credit score and bureau data to learn more about our customers and help improve segment performance.
  • Analytics and Dashboarding – Design and maintain departmental analytics and performance dashboards, be it sales, customer segments, marketing or operations performance, to identify and capture critical trends of key business metrics.
  • Business Intelligence – Provide short and long-term data-driven recommendations and answer key business questions to drive P&L.
  • Data Visualization – Perform data mining and data visualization tasks to identify risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Data Projects – Work with the team to identify opportunities and/or address data quality problems.
What You Have
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics/Mathematics or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a similar or related role (Data/Business Analytics, Business Intelligence).
  • SQL expertise, ability to write complex queries spanning over multiple databases and foreign keys, based on a simple high-level brief.
  • Working experience with Python scripting to automate complex data sources into a format that is easily manipulated and analyzed.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, AWS Quicksight, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Industry familiarity with Data Structures, Credit Models, Customer Lifecycle and value maximization models will be an added advantage.
  • Problem hunter (and solver of course), looking for issues which can be solved with data by analyzing root causes, developing hypotheses and testing regularly to prove mitigation or resolution.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with an aptitude for analytics and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas – both verbally and in writing – in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Power Point.
