Job Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
• Act as first contact person for technical issues inquiries.
• Assist customers regarding any technical issues and provide excellent technical assistance for the customers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM
• Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – No experience needed!
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts (Mon - Sun) | 5 Days work & 2 days off on rotation
• The earliest shift starts at 7AM, the last shift ends at 3AM
• 9 hours working (inclusive 1 hour break)

Salary Package:

• Basic salary is RM2,300
• KPI/Attendance allowance up to Rm500
• Shift allowance up to Rm400
• Total: Rm3,200 including allowances
