How will you contribute?
You will be mainly in charge of:

• Conduct research and develop innovative risk-based compliance tools based on data-driven analysis and interpretation of AML laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to build intelligent systems for real-time risk detection and dynamic compliance in regulated environments.
• Engage with legal experts and industry partners to refine tools and ensure alignment with AML and broader regulatory frameworks.
• Publish research findings in high-impact journals and contribute to the development of open-source and proprietary software solutions.

Education
Ph.D. in Computer Science with experience in Cyber Security, GRC or a related field
Experience and skills

• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks.
• Experience with AI-driven tools, especially in text processing, machine learning and/or NLP.
• Experience with federated ML frameworks like Flower
• Knowledge on AML regulations is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• A track record of published research in related areas is a plus.

Language skills

• Good level both written and spoken English and French
