You will quickly have direct involvement in a variety of legal cases under the guidance of senior team members. Your tasks will include :Advise clients on technology, media and telecommunications law on matters related to software, digital business, e-commerce, platform, cybersecurity and cyber-resilience ;Guide clients through their compliance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations ;Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (such as licensing agreements, Saa S contracts, service agreements, etc.);Advise on the protection, registration and enforcement of intellectual property rights (particularly within the technology sector);Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings related to TMT, data protection and IP laws;Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address complex legal challenges.Your profile:You hold a university degree (Bac + 5) in law (preferably completed in two countries including France or Belgium);You have a significant first professional experience in IP law, data protection and new technologies;You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
