ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the IRIS2 team in a fast-paced, growing international organization within a dynamic industry.

Based in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, you will contribute to the implementation of the next steps of the IRIS2 program, supporting the strategic autonomy of the Europe and developing future business opportunities for SES

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the IRIS2 Finance & Business team throughout contract signature and execution phase
Contribute to the development of the Business Case for the future Space RISE SPV
Conduct risk analysis related to the concessionaire role and the to-be SPV
Assist negotiation with financial institutions (EIB, and commercial bank) to secure the financing for the IRIS2 project

YOUR PROFILE

1.You must have

Current student in Business, Finance, Actuary, Engineering or in a relevant area.
Strong computer proficiency (MS Power Point, Excel).
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, as well as under minimal supervision.
Practical thinker with a structure approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Self-motivated and able to deal well with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
EU-citizenship

2. It would be nice if you had

Previous experience in a demanding, international environment
Interest in and/or knowledge of European space industry, telecom business and Public procurement processes
Knowledge of French, Spanish or German considered an asset
