Your Role

As a Freelance Independent Recruiter, you will:

• Leverage your recruitment expertise to find top talent for our clients across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
• Build strong, meaningful connections with candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with autonomy and ownership.
• Contribute to Nestalent’s vision by bringing fresh ideas and energy to our team.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for recruitment and a proven ability to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Switzerland.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English & French ; additional languages (German, Luxembourgish etc.) are a bonus.
