Finance and Administration Specialist

Rolling Wireless is an international company with 20+ years of experience in developing cellular modems and software for automotive market. We are worldwide the largest 2nd Tier supplier of cellular modems to the automotive industry.
Working at Rolling Wireless is joining a multicultural team at a high-growth organization.
We are hiring a Finance and Administration Specialist for our headquarters in Luxembourg. He/She will be part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance.
Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work :
Work with external service providers, to ensure timely and accurate tax filing, reporting and compliance with Luxembourg tax regulations, notably meeting statutory filing deadlines.
Required Education and Experience :
Required Skills and Competencies :
Fluent English, IFRS, Luxdembourg accounting regulation understanding, Local tax knowledge is mandatory easy to get along with.
PS : This position is open for a Fixed-Term, Part-Time contract only.

Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work :
Work with external service providers, to ensure timely and accurate tax filing, reporting and compliance with Luxembourg tax regulations, notably meeting statutory filing deadlines.
- Assist with the transfer of Luxembourg statutory annual account to GAAP, prepare financial statement notes, and complete annual account filings in accordance with local regulations.
- Work with local auditors, and coordinate Shenzhen team for Luxembourg statutory audit.
- Business partnering and establishing effective lines of communication with relevant peers and contacts in other functions and regions.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, draft board resolutions, and manage the filing of important documents.
- Manage office operations, including receiving/scanning letters, liaising with local authorities, and communicating with local service providers.
- Oversee tax management in France and Germany if the workloaded can be managed.

Required Education and Experience :
- Bachelor degree or above,
- Finance background,
- 5-8 working experience in tax,
- Accounting, Audit, etc...
