MAIN MISSION
Being part of the Compliance function, you shall control that Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Luxembourg) acts in compliance with its regulatory obligations. You shall be attentive to regulatory evolutions, define their impacts, inform the Management and the staff, be solution oriented and coordinate the implementation of action plans with the Business. The role has an overweight and focus on tax compliance for the fund industry.
DUTIES
You shall be the Subject Matter Expert on tax compliance requirements applicable to Investment Fund Managers and Fund Administrators.
With a clear focus on tax compliance while being supportive on AML/CFT/CPF or other regulatory subjects, you shall:

DUTIES
You shall be the Subject Matter Expert on tax compliance requirements applicable to Investment Fund Managers and Fund Administrators.
With a clear focus on tax compliance while being supportive on AML/CFT/CPF or other regulatory subjects, you shall:
- Perform a regulatory watch; then communicate, raise the awareness, contribute to the implementation of the regulatory evolutions;
- Draft the policies and procedures, and prepare / maintain the relevant registers of processes / information;
- Contribute to the Management Information;
- Contribute to the risk assessment of the company’s activities and book of business relationships on tax compliance requirements;
- Contribute to the risk assessment of the company’s activities on AML/CFT/CPF or regulatory subjects assigned;
- Advise the Compliance Monitoring Manager on the definition of the controls’ methodology through the sharing of your expertise;
- Produce dedicated fund compliance reports to the attention of the funds’ board members; Contribute to a positive customer experience.
PROFILE
- Graduate in law, business affairs or economics;
- A growing to sound experience (2 to 5 years) in tax compliance for the fund industry;
- An experience in AML/CFT/CPF or other regulatory subject(s) applicable to the fund industry would be an asset without being decisive;

Linguistic proficiency:
- French: C1 or the equivalent, or more;
- English: C1 or the equivalent, or more;
- The mastery of another language (German, Spanish, Italian…) would be an asset;
- Versatility, initiatives, rigor, precision, team spirit are essential soft skills.
