Senior Analyst – Fund Administration

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst – Fund Administration to join our Luxembourg Fund Accounting Oversight team. This role is located in 2-4 rue Eugene Ruppert, Luxembourg.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Ensure the net asset value oversight review of all funds are performed on a timely basis in accordance with BNY Mellon standard or client specific procedures and timetables, with zero error tolerance.
Ensure the NAVs are accurately communicated to the relevant parties according to the client specific agreed procedures.
Ensure that Luxembourg regulatory reporting is performed within deadlines.
Supervise the timely payment of fund expenses.
Provide non-daily services/reporting to all clients.
Ensure client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable.
Communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager.
Ensure BNY Mellon standard procedures and controls are being adhered to on a daily basis.
Communicate new procedures on a fund to all relevant staff.
No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Good working knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS, INREV reporting guidelines.
3-5 years of total work experience preferred; Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
Familiarity with Geneva, Yardi, or Investran accounting platforms
Fluency in English required, plus any other language (French/German) would be considered an advantage.
